HEART: Murphy, Taleb and Schumacher demystify proactivity

Proactivity is probably the hardest of the three principles of HEART to understand.
It is often wrongly opposed to reactivity. It’s time to demystify it!
On AgileKnowHow, I used the ideas of three great personalities, Edward A. Murphy Jr, Nassim Taleb, and Ernst Friedrich Schumacher, to make the concept more accessible.
